We are thankful to be welcome on these lands in friendship. The lands we are situated on are covered by the Williams Treaties and are the traditional territory of the Mississaugas, a branch of the greater Anishinaabeg Nation, including Algonquin, Ojibway, Odawa and Pottawatomi. These lands remain home to many Indigenous nations and peoples.

We acknowledge this land out of respect for the Indigenous nations who have cared for Turtle Island, also called North America, from before the arrival of settler peoples until this day. Most importantly, we acknowledge that the history of these lands has been tainted by poor treatment and a lack of friendship with the First Nations who call them home.

This history is something we are all affected by because we are all treaty people in Canada. We all have a shared history to reflect on, and each of us is affected by this history in different ways. Our past defines our present, but if we move forward as friends and allies, then it does not have to define our future.

2014-2015 international tuition - flat-fee programs

The following tuition fees are for international graduate students studying in flat-fee programs in the 2014-2015 academic year. Fees below do not include compulsory ancillary fees.

Flat-fee students will see a continuance course on their records before the start of each term. Continuance courses are linked to tuition and ancillary fees. Graduate students are expected to be continuously registered year-round and fees are loaded each term, regardless of credit hours.

Graduate tuition fees are assessed on a program basis for the normal program length and for any subsequent term of registration. Fees are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure that the fees listed on this page are accurate. In the event of an inconsistency between the fees published here and those approved by the UOIT Board of Governors and/or administration, the latter shall prevail.
Graduate students in flat-fee programs are required to be continuously enrolled and pay tuition in all three terms per year (fall, winter and spring), regardless of whether they are registered in any courses.
In addition to the fees above, students are also required to pay compulsory ancillary fees.
