Plan Your Journey – Wednesday, May 15 | 5 to 6 p.m.
Shelly Windsor, our Graduate Academic Affairs Specialist from the School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (SGPS), will lead an insightful session discussing how to handle academic and financial issues. She will highlight key resources available for graduate students and explain ways to connect and get involved with our graduate student community. This session is an excellent opportunity to learn about the support and resources available to help you succeed in your graduate studies.

Navigating the International Office – Wednesday, June 5 | 1 to 2 p.m.
Join Ashley Wu, a Student Advisor at Ontario Tech University's International Office, for an informative session designed specifically for incoming graduate students. Ashley will provide valuable support and answer your questions on a range of topics, including pre-arrival preparations, arrival procedures, and immigration-related matters. Explore our eco-friendly campus with Kennedy Latour, our Graduate Student Engagement Coordinator from the School of Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies (SGPS). Kennedy will provide a tour specifically designed for graduate students, guiding you through the North campus. Get acquainted with our academic buildings, classrooms, study spaces, and student service areas, ensuring you become familiar with all the essential locations for your academic journey. This will be an in-person tour. Participants will meet in the lobby of the Software and Informatic Research Centre.
