The information requested in this application is collected under the authority of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology Act, 2002. This information is being collected for the purpose of admissions and registration.

Before you submit your application, you will be required to pay an application fee of $110 Canadian. The application fee is non-refundable.
You must correctly identify yourself as either an international or domestic applicant. This is important as international and domestic applicants may have different deadlines. If you submit your application incorrectly, processing will be delayed and your application will be rerouted to the correct application type and deadline.
Incomplete applications and applications received after the application deadline are considered late and may not be reviewed. If your application does not go through the review process, you will not receive a refund on your application fee nor will your application be moved to the next available intake. If you wish to be considered for another intake, you may have to reapply and repay the application fee.
By submitting your application for admission, you are agreeing that you understand the university’s policy on Honesty in Applications and Concurrent Registration, under which graduate students are not permitted to be enrolled simultaneously in two programs (either at Ontario Tech or at another institution) unless the programs are formally structured and approved for concurrent registration.
All documents submitted to the School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (SGPS) will become property of the university. SGPS may need to contact your referees and/or previous academic institution(s) to verify and/or clarify documents submitted with your application.
